We've been having a hard time finding the right swimwear for my daughter, age 8, since she's sized out of Target swimsuits and similar kids suits. She's too young for the teen sizes, and wants to feel like girls her age. When I saw these suits built for little girls like her, we were so excited! It fits so well and keeps her comfy for hours of swim time. She looks adorable. My only negative is that after a couple of washes on the gentle cycle and hanging to dry, I can see places where the fabric is starting to pill. I don't see these suits as lasting longer than a season for girls who love to frequent the pool several times a week. But I'm willing to pay this price anyway for her to have something that fits well and is comfortable!
